Delivery:

Order Processing Time:

• Your orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 work days. In special circumstances, this period may extend, and you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Fees:

• We offer free shipping on all orders! There are no shipping fees for any of your purchases.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Your products will be delivered to your specified address within 14 days depending on the courier and your delivery address.

International Delivery:

• Currently, we do not offer international delivery. However, we are considering adding international shipping options in the near future.

Returns and Refund Procedure:

Initiating a Return:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 14 days.

Return Criteria:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days.

Return Process:

• Upon approval of your return request, you will receive information on the return process and shipping details.

Refund Process:

• In the case of a product return, the product cost will be refunded to your payment method within 7 work days.. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
